This is what happens when I'm bored and have recently added/created some Phantom characters to my Sims 2 game. Also it doesn't help when I'm looking at the various challenges for the Sims 2, and hmmm I haven't done a bachelor chalenge.

Ah, "Point of No Return." Such a powerful, emotionally charged moment...on stage. In the film, not so much. And here, well, forget it...
( In which everybody concerned behaves in ways that don't make sense, are out of character, contradict what they've done earlier in the story, or all of the above. Oh yeah, Rose gets hit by a chandelier, which probably contradicts her fate in the series and DON'T TELL ME WHAT THAT IS, because I'm only up to 'Fear Her' right now and I'm trying to go into the finale as spoiler-free as possible. )
I feel like I need to wash the stink of Schumacher off after that...

So the Sci-Fi channel's pre-empting their run of the first season of Doctor Who this week to do whatever Memorial Day marathon/movie-fest/why-go-outside-when-you-can-stay-home-and-watch-our-programming thing they've got going on. So I have to wait another week to watch Chris Eccleston rock all over the final fifteen minutes of "Bad Wolf." Crap.

Because a) I just knew someone would do something like this eventually, b) the other time-travel phic I've been wanking hasn't updated in a while and c) the only thing more annoying than a phic that messes with one's obsession is a phic that messes with two of one's obsessions (good thing there's no chance of Erik ever making a detour to Lost Island).
